Where it all Begin

First Hmong Evangelical Church is part of the Lao Evangelical Church across the U.S. Lao Evangelical Church (L.E.C.) was established in September of 1979 starting with one church in Santa Ana, California. Since its establishment, L.E.C. has grown independently from one branch to nineteen branches throughout California, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Carolina, Georgia, and Canada.
